3. Summary
This website is a lean information page without a content management system. It
- sets no cookies,
- uses no analytics or tracking services (e.g. no Google Analytics),
- loads no third-party content (no external fonts, maps, videos or social media plugins),
- contains no forms.
Personal data is therefore only processed to the extent technically necessary (server log files) and when you contact us on your own initiative.
4. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated by an external hosting provider acting on our behalf (data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR). When you access the website, your browser automatically transmits information that is stored in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- requested page or file, amount of data transferred and HTTP status code
- referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- browser and operating system used
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in delivering the website without technical errors and in ensuring system security and stability, in particular detecting and preventing attacks. This data is not merged with other data sources. Log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for these purposes; data that must be retained as evidence is exempt from deletion until the respective incident has been resolved.
5. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.
6. Contacting us by e-mail, phone or fax
If you contact us by e-mail, phone or fax, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of your enquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Your data will be deleted once your enquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations (in particular under commercial and tax law) apply.
7. Job applications
If you send us application documents, we process them solely for the purpose of conducting the application procedure (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in conjunction with § 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act, BDSG). If no employment relationship results, your documents will be deleted no later than six months after the procedure has been completed, unless you have consented to longer storage.
8. Recipients and transfers to third countries
Your data is only passed on to third parties where this is necessary for the purposes stated above (e.g. to our hosting provider) or where we are legally obliged to do so. This website does not transfer data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
9. Your rights
With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- right to withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
Where we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
To exercise your rights, an informal message to datenschutz@vibradorm.de is sufficient.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:
Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit(Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information)
Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1

10. Obligation to provide data, automated decision-making
You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide us with personal data. However, the website cannot be delivered technically without processing server log files. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
